Such a disgusting courier service, they have not yet delivered by consignment after FIVE MONTHS..

Now they say "it has been lost somewhere.. Sorry.." Shameful but true!

Its almost a week and still I have a consignment to receive , all because of this worthless courier service. Parcel was dispatched from Delhi for Raipur and there is no track where the consignment is. There is no authentic contact number even in their website for Raipur office. I tried almost every number available on just dial or sulkeha but there's no luck yet.

After giving up on Raipur I called the Delhi office and believe me by the way they greet you over the phone you can very well make out that its a place full of mannerless and careless people.I had ordered the product from Appollo pharmacy Delhi and now I don't know whom to blame. Should I blame Appollo pharmacy for choosing such worthless courier service or myself for ordering it online.

No point blaming the courier service m sure they wont give a damn.

All people in the Bangalore office are useless. I called them many times around 20-40 times from 31st-May to deliver consignment but nobody listens neither they respond properly in calls. I am also planning to lodge a complaints against these people in police station and consumer court.

Really, I don't know how can they start such services which cheats us. I will post the same to as many blogs available so that everybody should be aware of these cheaters and should not go for their service. today is 2nd June and check in the attached photo when is the date for out for delivery.

I had sent an important document from Delhi to Cochin , Kerala on 21st October 2011 . While sending the same they had commited delivery within max 4 days . (Docket No 700086410 ). I can not explanin the agony I wnet throgh till the moment it reaches the destination . It took 12 days to reach the place . till the time nobody was picking the call from their cochin office.

When contacted the customer the stupid illeterate people sitting there had told me that even nobody from the branch is attending their call also and they can not give any answer to this till the time they get theresponse from them . If you call them continiously for 3 times they will save your contact nos and stop attending your calls .

After the item reached cochin ( after 12 days ) , the people sitting at their local office had told me if you want us to bring it to your place it will take another 2 days if you want us to give door delivery. Without allowing me to talk further he disconncted the call.

Dear friends never ever in your life depends on the pathetic courier service!

I am writing for their services.On 22nd of Feb 10, I made a courier from gurgaon to Lucknow but can you believe it reached there on 26th although the person-in-charge said that it would reach there the very next day.

That's fine. I had gifted apparels n bangles (metal) to my Brother n my Bhabhi on their anniversary.They found the apps but bangles were missing.we made numerous calls to both their offices but neither the Lucknow office nor the gurgaon office is ready to take the blame.each own has different opinions.

Guys n gals, never use their services.
